- Prepare remittance advices for cheques to suppliers, write your cheques and post them to the purchase ledger
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Post customers receipts to the sales ledger
- Provide statements to your customers
- Reconcile bank statements
- Complete VAT returns if you are VAT registered and handle VAT inspections
- Provide management reports on a monthly or quarterly basis
However you would like your records kept, all necessary work can be compiled at our offices, by our friendly team of staff. Again we can arrange for collection/delivery of all paperwork, which can be stored by us, or returned to you – whichever you prefer.
